This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) is entered into between Pink Helper LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and all users, including clients, contractors, and other data subjects (“you” or “your”), to govern the processing of personal data in compliance with applicable data protection regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
1. Definitions

• Controller: Pink Helper LLC, which determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.
• Processor: Third-party service providers that process personal data on our behalf, such as Stripe and Google.

• Payment details (processed securely via Stripe).

3. Obligations of Pink Helper LLC

• Support: We will provide support to ensure your rights are protected.
8. Liability
• Pink Helper LLC is not responsible for data breaches caused by third-party processors acting outside of our instructions or by actions taken by users.
9. Updates to this Agreement
We may update this DPA to reflect changes in legal requirements or our business operations. Updates will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date.
